how to let outside websites or programs invokes interfaces in Netsuite

Currently, when users are registering or shopping in the shopping cart, all the operations are redirected from our website to netsuite, since we can create Online custom forms. But now I hope that when doing a certain operation, we do not have to redirect our customer to Netsuite. I mean can we create an interface, which could be invoked directly through our website programs.

Could anyone with similar experiences tell me how to do this? Thanks a lot!
