Can't add Fedex Shipping because of Phone number formatting
We are in the process of adding Fedex as a shipping carrier, but I can't add them because Netsuite will not accept the registration form located in Setup>Accounting>Shipping>Add FEDEX.
The phone number that I enter is automatically reformatted by Netsuite to the following format no matter how I enter it xxx.xxx.xxxx. When you submit the form, you get the following error message:
"The phone field must contain only digits, spaces, and the dash character (-).
There is no way to get the phone data field to stay that way. I've tried everything at this point on Firefox, Safari, and IE 7.
