2010.2 DEFECT: Drop-Down Menus are Broke for iPad Safari

The Drop-Down menus on the main dashboard tabs do not respond correctly when either of these two choices is selected in Home > Set Preferences:

[*]Open when arrow next to tab is clicked
[*]Open when tab is clicked[/LIST]When ANY of the choices is selected you are unable to display a Drop-Down menu. Clicking on either the tab or the arrow causes the entire tab dashboard to be displayed.

This makes 2010.2 nearly unusable in iPad Safari, since there is no "mouse over" capability on the iPad, and thus no way to display the drop-down menus.
