2010.2 DEFECT: Form Upgrade Process is Broken
I am unable to Preview, Upgrade, or Deploy both Standard and Custom forms in my 2010.2 Preview Account.

Please provide detailed steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Follow the instruction in the Help system for 2010.2 to Preview, Upgrade, and Deploy Standard Forms
2. Setup > Customization > Entry Forms
3. On the custom forms list page, click Upgrade Checklist
4. In the Preview Form column, click the standard form you want to preview
Result:
The Form is NOT displayed.
The Upgrade Checklist screen is redisplayed
NOTE: Clicking on any link on the Upgrade Checklist does NOT work as intended. In all cases, except one, the Upgrade Checklist page is simply re-displayed.
