Unicode characters not displaying correctly!

We've been having a lot of problems with European customers that have unicode characters in their name/address. Is there a setting somewhere that needs to be changed to enable customers to use these characters properly? It happens so often that the re-shipping costs (especially to Europe) are starting to add up! :mad:

For example, our shipping addresses have been doing something like this:
Customer's actual address
Jose Doe
Rua Antonio, 1111
Campo Grande 00000-123
Brazil

What NetSuite saves it as:
