Help! We enabled Multi-Location Inventory and are unable ship orders

At Item Level, some Items have On Hand# at Bin tab, but not on Location tab

When fulfiling sales order's, clicking on Location does not provide any of our 2 locations, therefore we can't fulfil it.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue ?
