Can't even ask for help?
Hi there,
This is a bit of weird one - I've been trying to raise a support ticket with Netsuite for the last few days (Support > Customer Service > Contact Support). Every time I fill in the form (like I've done a hundreds time before), I receive the following error message after pressing submit:
"A contact record with this name already exists. Every contact record must have a unique name."
My support case is thrn not submitted. I've tried submitting a case with a different name, different contact details, different subject etc - but it doesn't work. I can't even ask for support about this support issue!
