Sales Order Billing Not Processing - Still Pending

Is anyone else having issues billing their sales orders. We have never had a single problem processing sales orders but we our entire 9/29/2010 transactions are still pending 12 hours later. We can't understand why this is occurring but would like to know if anyone else has had an issue.

We have already created a case for this problem.
