Dashboard content not loading for users

Every day this week, we have a handful of folks who can't get the content on their dashboards to load.  The hourglass just spins and spins.  After a few hours or a few days, the situation resolves on its own.  NetSuite Support doesn't know how to fix this.  

What is going on?  This is end of month and our sales reps are very frustrated at not being able to work.
