v2010.2 - Another sales tax issue. This is getting old

edited Dec 3, 2019 2:56PM in General 3 comments

Today we noticed that NetSuite has REMOVING sales tax when we bill each sales order that is taxable!!!!!

The tax is on the sales order.  We click "bill" and we charge the credit card and then we look at the new "cash sale" record and it has ZERO dollars charged for sales tax.

This only happens on order that come in through the WEB STORE.

We also have an issue where web-store generated sales orders have the "accounting tab" and sales orders that we generate through the back-end do NOT have the "accounting tab".  The "accounting tab" holds sever tax related fields. I'm not sure if there is some correlation or not.

Howdy, Stranger!
