Sales Territory Routing
Hello,
We are using the sales territories to route our customers coming through online customer forms to the appropriate sales rep. Everything works fine unless the customer is already in the system. If they are already in the system with no sales rep assigned, then the appropriate sales rep is not notified.
Is there a way to override the sales rep and territory when customers come through online customer forms? The problem is that we have a lot of customers already in the system and when they come through online customer forms, they are getting lost since the rep isn't being notified. Is there a best practice or a work-around for this?
