Foreign Language Support
We are a OneWorld account and have branches and reps in a lot of different countries.
When our German branch reported an issue I thought I would give them the number to contact netsuite support directly from germany. So I gave our German branch the following number 08006647429 as stated on your “Contact Us By Phone” for Germany.
I was surprised :eek: when I was told by our German Branch that the support is in English/American and not in German. :mad:
Please can you tell me if you do offer any foreign language support and the correct contact numbers for those languages?
