Script stuck in queue for two days
We have a back-in-stock notification script which is supposed to notify customers when we receive an item which has been out-of-stock. This was created by Suite Commerce so I don't exactly understand how it works, but I know it involves a saved search and a scheduled script which is supposed to run daily. It worked on October 26th, 2010.
Yesterday, we received a large shipment of items which had many customers signed up and waiting for back-in-stock notifications. After several hours, we noticed that the customers were not being emailed. We waited and waited -- still no emails. Finally, this morning, we emailed the customers manually.
