New version not calculating sales tax

We have just discovered that the items on the sales order are coming across as non-taxable on the line items even though they are marked as taxable on the inventory item form.   Therefore customers are not getting charged sales tax when they checkout.   This is just since our upgrade to the new release.

Anyone else have this problem or know what's causing it?
