Reports/Saved Searches/Custom Fields Cache?
I had a few issues last week with a custom field and saved searches that used that field. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say it has something to do with how NetSuite caches field data during user sessions - not that I have any idea how the backend actually works, this just fits the symptoms.
Anyway - the situation. I created a custom Entity field and added it to a Saved Search. I told one of my colleagues that it had been added and she populated it with data, opened the saved search and it was conspicuously absent. I thought it might have been a problem with the old version of the Search being cached, so I edited the search on her computer using her still-logged-in account, but the new field wasn't even in the field list.
