RSS/Atom Feeds

I am experiencing difficulty setting up custom RSS/Atom Feed portlets on my dashboard.

I have tried a handful of feeds, including The Official NetSuite Blog, with no success. They all result in an empty portlet with title RSS Portlet: Unable to contact source.

The same behavior has been verified with the NetSuite blog feed on an administrator role.

I checked the NetSuite Help Center under SuiteAnalytics (Dashboards, Searches, & Reports) : Dashboards  : Dashboards Overview :  Setting Up Dashboard Portlet Content : Setting Up RSS/Atom Feeds to confirm that I was setting up the feed correctly.
