emails randomly not sent?

The last couple of weeks I've been getting some complaints from my users that some of the emails they are sending from NetSuite never actually get sent.  They show up in the messages tab as being sent, but it seems that they never actually go out.  This only once in a while though, it is very intermittent.  I have seen one example of this myself, an email that should have gone to me was never received and I verified that it was not in my quarantined email - it just never got delivered.

Anyone else having this issue?

It would be nice to have an administrative interface to the email to check bounces or other problems...
