Item mysteriously lost its web store categorization
A popular item dropped out of our web store. We didn't notice that it was missing until a customer asked where it went. So, we just missed about a month of sales for that item.
I went to examine the item in the NS back-end. When I looked at the item, I saw that it had NO web-store categories assigned to it. I looked at the item's system notes and it had no system notes about having its categories removed or changed. There was a system note about someone here changing the available colors (its a matrix item) and their color change occurred about the same time that the item LOST its categories (I'm guessing when it left the web-site based on sales). I asked the person mentioned in the system note about the items
