Payroll Liability Check Inaccurate

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this.  We will be opening a case but often get better, faster feedback here.  If you have any ideas you'd like to share, thanks in advance!

Ever since we were upgraded, old payroll liabilities (that were paid and no longer show up on our balance sheet) are showing up in our payroll liability check and payroll liability reports.

I'm hoping the new interface isn't just making our accounting folks miss some check box.  Any thoughts?
