Netsuite - Please Help - Horrible Load Times

We have been with Netsuite for four years and have been generally satisfied.  Netsuite has improved just enough to keep up with the growth of our company and up until this year our intentions were to stick with Netsuite, until....something happened with our account.
Currently we are seeing load times of 93-143 seconds with 98% Server Load for our purchase order transactions.  We have filed a few cases this year only to be told by customer service that we have too many custom fields.  I have since deleted many custom fields and I have eliminated saved searches that have any email alerts associated with them but it has not helped.
