The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Shipping estimates not working for free shipping methods
We currently charge customers a $3.00 handling fee in addition to the real time (or table-based) rates for our different shipping methods. We were planning on launching free shipping at the beginning of the year, with the following three shipping methods:

In order to accomplish this, we just setup the first 2 methods using basic shipping method rules and set their display name to the same thing (Standard USPS Shipping). In order to add support for Media Mail (customers cannot be trusted to select this only when applicable!), there is a script that is run when the user submits a new Sales Order that works like this:
