Can't Print Report in IE

We have a person who gets the Printing Report... message in IE 8, but it just hangs and does nothing. It works fine for him in FF. In my IE 8, I don't get the Printing Report message - it pops up a window with the report and the print dialog.

His popup blocker is set to allow system.netsuite.com. When the Printing Report message hangs, there is a JS error on the page that says 'opener' is null or not an object.

All of his IE settings appear to be the same in his as they are in mine - anyone know what would cause this error?
