Is there a problem in the checkout?
I am getting lots of orders but when a customer registers but does not complete their order we send them an automatic email and I have just had the following two replies:-
Yes I did encounter a problem and I didn’t have the time to log back on to get what I wanted.
I searched for the items I required and put them into my basket. When I checked out I was asked to register, which I did, but then once registered the contents of my basket disappeared. I couldn’t then find the items I required again so had to leave it. If I get a chance today I will log on and try again!
