Problems with google base feed
Hi, I'm back again, already, with another problem! Sorry if this has been covered already - I searched the forums for a solution, but to no avail.
When creating my google base data feed I keep encountering the same problem - carriage returns being present in the store description field that then break the tab delimited csv feed, meaning hundreds of products do not parse correctly and thus don't show up on google base.
I recently issued guidelines to anyone who adds products to NS not to copy and paste out of MS Office to keep nasty MS office code and carriage returns out, and went through our one thousand or so products cleaning the carraige returns out of the description field using notepad++.
