Outlook 2010 Sync and soon IE 9
Been waiting since last June, almost 8 months now, for NS to support sync with Outlook 2010. Of course, they think it's an enhancement; I think it's a defect. NS had months prior to the RTM date to make sure that the integration functioned but they missed the boat and are still on-shore.
Early February I was told by our account manager that a version of Outlook Integration supporting Outlook 2010 would be available in 5-10 business days. Alas, it's now been over 15 business days and still counting.
I wonder now how much testing NS has done with the imminent release of IE 9. When it doesn't work, will it be another enhancement request that still isn't available 8 months after the fact?
