Please help in escalating this case. Getting desperate.

Defect 191441 has been plaguing us for months now.  It prevents customers from checking out in the web store and throws a Netsuite error:“You do not have permission to perform this operation” when trying to submit an order.

We are not even sent an admin alert when this happens so it's very difficult to know how widespread the problem is.  We have become very frustrated and angry that a problem that actually prevents customers from purchasing online is still not fixed.

Please, please ... could someone at Netsuite escalate this so that it is made a priority.  It's costing us money!
