Cannot Refresh Sandbox - Non-existent sandbox can be refreshed

I've had the problem (reported) since September (defect 186492).:mad:

I cannot refresh my sandbox account. This started to happen last year after my contract renewal.  Looks like someone at NetSuite, created a second sandbox (_SB2).  The Sandbox Accounts screen now has 2 sandboxes!

_SB2 has the checkbox enabled to be refreshed (but it's not able to be accessed and it's status is offline).
regular sandbox account cannot be refreshed.

Has anyone else encountered this?  Why won't NetSuite fix their own configuration problem?  I'll go out on a limb and say it's not a software problem.

NS has been VERY unresponsive on this DEFECT.
