Cart error most wierd thing
HI,
We sell wheelie bins online and for processing we use netsuite. For testing I added 3 items to cart and it showed the total as 136.43 instead of 138.43.I have taken screen shot of that
In the cart the system is showing VAT separately for both the items and for shipping,but the system is not adding up the VAT for the delivery during the check out. But after logging in and after entering the card details and in the final check out page it is adding up the VAT.
So the customers are getting 2 numbers. 136.43£ before check out and 138.43£ at the final check out. The customers are thinking that we are cheating them.But how can I tell them that its the problem with netsuite. Did any one face the same problem.
