Mystery Saved Search Emailing Sales Reps

We have a saved search in our system that keeps auto emailing our sales reps and management. I cannot seem to find this search... all of our public searches that are tied to this information that's emailed do not have the box checked for
"Send Email Alerts When Records are Created/Updated"...

From an Admin role - Is there any view ALL of the saved searches that have this box checked?

This is driving me and others nuts!  Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
