Delayed keying in NS only in IE

Is anyone experiencing a delayed keying entry in Netsuite while using Internet Explorer?

I am trying to find a solution,  it is only with IE vers. 8 and Netsuite.
Any help is appreciated.

When typing into a field even at login... you have to wait and then the text appears.

If using chrome or foxfire it is fine.  I need to stay with IE as most of our customers use IE...
