Unexpected Error using CASE WHEN formula on custom Date/Time field
Hey all,
Wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
I'm trying to do a VERY simple CASE WHEN formula as a result on a transaction search. Criteria:
Type = SO
Main Line = T
Result:
Formula (text) CASE WHEN ({custbodya}-{custbodyb})>0 THEN '2' ELSE '1' END
{custbodya} and {custbodyb} are BOTH custom date/time fields.
I end up getting an unexpected error, yet:
1. When I do this with standard NS fields (on a case record, etc.), I get no error
2. The simple arithmetic of {custbodya}-{custbodyb} in its own formula DOES work. It only fails when the arithmetic is combined with the CASE WHEN.
