Lot Numbers do not equal On Hand Quantity

I have a strange situation on one assembly built item. We show an on hand quantity at a location of 38 with a lot number, but the master inventory on hand screen for that location shows 0 on hand.

Any idea how to wipe out the lot number detail, as it doesn't exist and we do indeed have 0 on hand? I was going to make an adjustment to take them out of stock (with that phantom lot number) then add them back in with no lot number, but Netsuite will not let me do that, as it requires a lot number in our setup.
