Drop Down Menu Dropping Up?

Hi all,

We have a simple but strange little problem wherein one dropdown menu, and only one, on one account, on one page, is displaying the menu above the field instead of below it. Other accounts using the same role and the same view of the same form have the menu drop down properly.

I haven't found anything to think I can change direction of the dropdown menu, and it's not based on whether or not there is room on the screen below the menu to display it - this one always pops upward. It started happening a few days ago (before that it dropped down as usual).
