Can't Take Orders - UPS Shipping Calculator Down

This is very bad... we just received 4 calls from customers saying they can't complete their transaction online because the UPS shipping server is not working. This is very serious, it effectively puts us out of business until it is fixed.

I just tested it in our shopping cart and indeed it is "broken".

Is anyone else having this issue?
