Google Checkout Defect #-204412

We recently turned on Google Checkout and haven't been able to process or fulfill any orders.  According to NS support this is a defect #-204412 (see below).   PLEASE HELP!

Defect #-204412 GCO: Orders in GCO has been successfully CHARGED but in NetSuite the "Google Order Financial State" says it still on the REVIEWING process - Can't fulfill the order.
WORKAROUND: None
