Performance Tool

Hello ..... we are a small 10 user, local server onsite with fibre optics connection to our ISP, ie. typical small user setup.

We are experiencing what appears to be random performance issues. That is, end user response will vary between 2 and 20 seconds. We can find no discernable pattern with regard to user configuration, time of day, function being used, ETC.

Does anyone know of a perfromance measurement tool, running in the background on our local server, that will gather statistics and report on the performance of each of the elements between the user screen and the Netsuite server.
