My head hurts and either the wall is going to break or my head is going to explode. I went live 4 days ago and I have many issues and no patients to deal with tech support and the scripted conversations/ solutions I need someone in the US on East caost time who can help me work throught my issues.

A few issues I have:

1. Date vs ship date ( ship date is also driven by a custom field called Delivery date which is a formula of the tranaction date plus 1 day) I take orders today fulfill them overnight and bill tomorrow then put them on one of my 9 trucks to go out the same day. The issue that I am having is the the dates are all screwed up.
