Back Ordered Item not showing On ORDER ITEMS report
Can anyone help with a problems we're having? We have some items that when they have a quantity on Back Order they do not show up on the Order Items page.
They will show if the quantity of the item is less than the Reorder Point/Prefered Stock Level.
But we have many items we do not stock, but add to our weekly stock orders when we get an order for them. We have relied on the Order Items page to add them to the list due to the Back Order quantity. Now some items are not obeying this rule.
