Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Serious Netsuite Bug - Random Fields Changing
Defect 202212. Item fields that are not included in the CSV, or if updating via browser are not touched by the cursor at all, are changing. That's right, we do an item import via CSV and Netsuite is also changing other random fields. We have thoroughly articulated this to Netsuite along with detailed test cases and CSV files and Netsuite has been quite laissez-faire about it. When we import the same CSV multiple times, it changes different fields each time so the damage is random, making it even worse.
We have tens of thousands of items, each with hundreds of custom fields. This is crippling our business. Do a price update via CSV or browser and random fields get damaged/changed. Even more frustrating is that after we clearly detail the problem, provide test cases, demonstrate how to duplicate the problem, I get the impression that Netsuite does not have a sense of urgency or care nearly as much as we do. This is crippling our business, Netsuite. Do you care? As a customer for over a decade, we will walk if this doesn't get the immediate attention it deserves
