Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Inline editing
Hi everyone,
I have one particular user that uses in-line editing on a regular basis for a custom record. She can update up to 40 records at once. After working fire for quite some months she has suddenly started experiencing data loss after her apparent updates. The data is entered, appears to have immediately updated but upon running reports later in the day it is apparent that it is no-longer as she entered (reverts back to original). After no support or success from Netsuite ("Please clear your cache) I tried Chrome and Firefox. No improvement was noticed.
On a sudden hunch I took her off the web filter service (Messagelabs) and put her through our ISP web filter. SHe is now only experiencing mild data loss (say 5 records instead of 40). I think I've found the culprit but how do I direct her through Messagelabs and stop this data loss?
