WARNING: Permission Defects

Ugh.  Just filed case 1391013 where the permission settings are not being honored... not sure if this started with the 2011.2 release or before but these are big problems.

1) Removing "Income Statement" from a role doesn't prevent them from seeing an income statement (fail 1)
2) Having "None" access to Individual Paycheck doesn't prevent them from seeing these details on the income statement (fail 2)

The only way to remove the users access from seeing detailed payroll information is by removing the larger permission for "Financial Statements".
