Are any users still having problems with External Case Submit forms?
After we upgraded, we were caught by the incorrect redirect of our external case submit form. I had already made the adjustments to make sure on submit, the user is returned to the home page (External Case Form Redirect URL)
I still have users reporting this to not be the case - e.g. they are redirected back to a login screen. This happens after they update a case on line. This is reported on Firefox browsers. Our internal testing shows IE and Firefox work fine.
Is there still known issues out there? Or is this just the user?
