Changing restrictions on existing file cabinet directory

Hi;

I see the options to restrict to department/class/group when you create new folder in the file cabinet.

How about existing folders? I don't see a way to change the restrictions and of course I don't want to move files around to new folders to achieve that.

PS - Is there an option to delete a folder in the file cabinet. I see the option to delete a file, but how about deleting a folder?
