Disable HTML Validation in Text Fields

Is there any way to disable the HTML validation on the new text fields? Whenever I try and tweak some bit of HTML and type it throws an error for every little thing, even before I finish typing or leave the box. It's to the point where I have to open the field, copy/paste into my editor, edit there, and then paste back. I used to do this for larger edits anyways, but now just changing an image source will cause this tirade of validations popups to happen. I don't mind it validating when I leave the field, but it's
