Parent/child item prices and price levels

How Do I get  Custom Item Prices to carry over from Parent Company to children. Support is telling me it is an "enhancement" , but it seems everything I create a case for is an "enhancement". These "enhancement" don't seem to ever get completed and this is very frustrating , can someone help me . Also is there one place to track all of the cases I have opened.
