Worldpay Credit Card False Failure Message (UK)
This is for UK Netsuite users. Today, Worldpay are making a change to their system. You can find details in the thread I posted here:
https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/showthread.php?t=28310
The upshot is that this may potentially cause a false message from the server that that card transaction has failed when in reality it has gone through.
Just wanted to let everyone know that I have had calls from 2 separate customers this morning whose cards had 'failed' on the website, only to find that the orders had gone through no problem (luckily they got the confirmation emails from WorldPay). I'm not 100% sure that this is down to this Worldpay change, but it seems likely.
