Embedding URLS in solution docs

I have an open case with support, but so far, the support effort has been lacking so I'm posting here in hopes somebody can answer.

We embed URLS in our solutions docs (for our knowledge base). Since we upgrades, the URLS are not functioning.

The is the HTML (snippet) of the document where the link resides.  Note <a href=> in red  Note that the directory structure is trying to send the user back 4 levels of directories. Is it possible that the new “ADD LINK” function in solution docs is not creating the URL correctly?
