Customers cannot add to cart if they are not logged in

I have several customers per day who say they cannot add items to their cart unless they are logged in. Looks line 2 out of 100 people have this problem and I cannot reproduce it on any of my computers, but as I have not changed anything on my end I am trying to find out of someone had the same problem and what solution did you find?
