Uncancel an order

I have checked the support documentation, Netsuite Answers and this forum. I have not found a way to UNcancel and order. We can NOT use the make a copy button because the order was created through the webstore using Paypal as the form of payment. The processor went to approve the order and accidentally clicked on the cancel button. The paypal payment is linked to this specific order#, so I can't use 'make a copy' even if I transferred all the paypal information over. I can't go into paypal and change the charge description to have the new order#. This
