Defect 214989 - Issue adding/updating estimates via web services

edited Dec 3, 2019 2:51PM in General 1 comment

Was upgraded on Friday night to 2012.1 and it was a complete FAILURE.  Had 3 major issues with it which shut down the business.  2 of the 3 have been resolved.  We are stilll waiting on one defect to be resolved.

Defect 214989 - Issue adding/updating estimates via web services

This defect was created on Sunday 2/12 as an S1 defect.  It is now Thursday 2/16 with no resolution.  Was told at least 6 other clients are tied to the defect now.  Our entire account management team at Netsuite is trying to get this resolved for us but this is getting silly.  We are going on 5 days of the defect being open and 6 days of the problem existing.

Howdy, Stranger!
